Worst on-line shopping experience ever

This company is a joke. 3-5 days for production and 6-11 days for delivery. I ordered on Aug. 22nd. No communications. There "chat" has no response and there website has no communications available. Customer service in nonexistant. Received flag 33 days after ordering. No shipping notification and no tracking. On top of all this, flag is a cheap piece of %#$*)@. Cheap cheap cheap material. One stitch around perimeter. Grommets are small and cheap. This flag will not last a day on a flagpole. Don't know how they stay in business. "If you are not satisfied, they will make it right". They won't even answer multiple chat attempts or many emails. Bottom line: Do not buy. $60, really?
