Can I see a Preview/Proof before the final version is sent?

We offer draft previews for all customized products!
A preview will be sent to your email within 1–2 days after your order. If the proof is not reviewed within 48 hours, we will proceed with production automatically.

Is it possible to change the size of the pet or human in the design?

Absolutely yes – we can adjust the size of the pets or humans in the design!

Please specify the desired proportions by describing the relative height (e.g., “the pet’s head should be above/below her shoulder or head height”).

Be sure to include this information in the personalization box at checkout or send us a message directly!

Is it possible to change the color of the pets?

Absolutely — yes, we can change the colors of the pets in your design! It’s best if you could send us a clear photo of your pet so our artists can accurately match their fur tones. 🐶🐱

I missed your email asking for my approval for the artwork I ordered. Now the artwork was shipped!

Multiple Emails for Approval
We’ll send you reminders until we receive your approval—this helps ensure you get exactly what you signed off on. Industry-standard workflows stress the importance of structured, timely feedback to avoid miscommunication and errors.

Two-Day Response Window
If we don’t hear back within 2 business days of our last email, we’ll proceed to ship the artwork based on the custom details in your order. Setting clear deadlines helps balance speed with quality control .

Post-Shipping Corrections
If we’ve made an error in the final artwork, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost—we stand by our commitment to quality .

Additional Changes After Approval
We’d be happy to make further edits, but please note: any new shipping costs will need to be covered by the customer.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Can I return my item (Or cancel order)?

• Since all our products are fully customizable and made to order, we cannot accept returns unless there is a defect or damage. We always provide a proof before shipping and only ship once it's approved to ensure perfection.

• You may request a cancellation within 4 hours of placing your order. After that, the design process begins and we cannot cancel it. If you do request a cancellation after 4 hours, we can cancel it without refund, as the work has already started.

My delivery is damaged

• In the rare case, your order is delivered damaged or you notice a defect, let us know as soon as you receive your order and we’ll replace it for you right away! To begin:

1. Take a few photos clearly showing the issue with the product, and the box it was shipped in (if the box was also damaged).

2. Email us with the subject line “Return: Damaged or Defective item with your order #” with the photos at cs.rotzila@gmail.com and our staff will respond to you within 24 hours.
