Less Than Vivid Color

The mug is perfect size with comfortable handle. Great being able to put service dates and locations on the mug. Problem is with the coloring on the mug. Color Blue is pastel(?), not the vivid Blue you would expect that was shown in the website. It looks like this mug was printed at the end of a run when ink was running out. The other colors and black printing are fine. The info reminds me of my service, but the faded Blue color is a disappointment.
